Phone calls needed to get a price and book
A nanocoating service, trusted by 1,000+ homes, where every customer had to call just to find out a price. I built a full booking platform where you measure your sofa or carpet with AI, see the price straight away and book a slot. Customers can reschedule or raise a warranty claim themselves. An enquiry business became a booking business.
Who they are
The problem
They had one landing page. It didn't explain the service, what it cost or what you'd get, and there was no way to book. Every customer had to call, and someone had to talk them through it from scratch.
Pricing depends on size: per seat for a sofa, per square foot for carpets and curtains. Until the furniture was measured nobody knew the price, and that was the real reason the business was stuck on phone calls.
What I built
A complete service platform where customers can see every service, understand the process, check the price and book a slot without speaking to anyone first.
The key piece is AI measurement: customers measure their own sofa or carpet through the site and get a price straight away. That one feature turned an enquiry business into a booking business.
The site explains the service properly, with before-and-after videos, a slider showing coffee beading up on treated fabric, a plain three-step process and an FAQ that covers things like safety around kids and pets. Prices are shown openly, which builds trust and filters out the wrong enquiries.
Customers get an account where they can reschedule or raise a warranty claim themselves. Hotels, hospitals, retailers and carpet manufacturers get their own pages, because those are bigger orders that need different information.
